| Football Memories, continues to be a popular Big Hearts programme, training 21 volunteers to work with over 50 participants with dementia. The group gives participants a ‘buddy’ who accompanies them to the session to look at football memorabilia typically in the Hearts Museum.
Money was awarded so they can introduce more technology to the group, such as using iPads and to offer volunteers and participants the opportunity to attend excursions to other football museums and sites of interest. |
